Making a Warranty Claim

The warranty for Decoup Original™ covers not only the matting and materials, it covers the full repair cost for the whole installation if the matting fails. This includes the materials and labour for the reinstallation of any installation deemed to have failed under the warranty. This is assuming the product is found to be at fault following a technical evaluation.

Any claim must be lodged within 30 days of the defect having become evident. We reserve the right for one of our representatives to inspect the defect before recognising any claim. To make a warranty claim, please call 01543 500893 or email sales@tilerite.co.uk.
